After Purchase – Important Instructions

Once purchased and after receiving your order confirmation email from ITE, please log back into the ITE Learning Hub.
Once logged in, navigate to your Learning Center (square box in middle of main page) or click your name in the upper right corner of the page and select Account.

The required evaluation will appear in your profile with the icon of a checklist and the title of this webinar. Click the evaluation to complete it. After the evaluation is submitted, your certificate will be unlocked and available in your account. Please allow up to one hour for processing.

Evaluation Completion & Access Policy

Participants have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete the required evaluation. Access to the evaluation begins immediately upon purchase.

If the evaluation is not completed within the initial 30-day period, ITE will grant one-time extension upon request. Extension requests must be submitted via email to ITE staff.

Participants may purchase and retrieve their certificate only while their access to the webinar content remains active. Once content access expires and is archived, the certificate opportunity is forfeited.
